I rented a twenty four ft. from Riverside Private Mini at 4217 san felipe back the first part of august. The manager quoted me a price which was fair. When i took the truck back she added all these charges like tire wear said that i damaged the cap on top(all it had was just scratch wich i never hit any thing, I just didnt see it when i filled out the condition form prior to renting) time she got through she charged me an additional six hundred thirtyfive dollars, and said damage fees could only be paid in cash. I had to run down to an atm machine and get more money. I hate when you are given a price for something and then you find out about these hidden fees. I have been employed at UHaul for a little less than 3 years. Sure I have had customers complain but the customers who compliment far outway those who complain. In my experience moving is one of the most stressful times of one's life, and if everything isn't all wrapped up and tied with a bow then they feel the need to vent.
